Rental Application – NTN Screening

Thank you for your interest in one of our rental properties. To move forward in the application process, all prospective tenants are required to complete a National Tenant Network (NTN) screening application. This secure application allows landlords to review your credit, rental history, and background information as part of the standard approval process.

Please use the link below to submit your application directly through NTN. Once completed, your report will be sent securely for review so we can continue processing your rental request as quickly as possible.

Note: There is a $45 non-refundable application fee required by NTN to process the screening.
